Vaccination Policy

All dogs that enter our facility must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), Leptospirosis (Lepto), Bordetella and CIV (H3N2+H3N8)

All cats that enter our facility must be up to date on Rabies and Feline Distemper (FVRCP)

Getting Started

All we need to get your pet esatblished with us is a copy of vaccinations! If you have your own copy feel free to email them to us at perrysburgpls@gmail.com or you can contact your vet and allow them permission to email a copy of the vaccination records. Also please include what you are looking to set up for your pet and a good contact number to reach you at. Please allow staff 48-72 hours to contact you regarding your pets first appointment with us.
